Important for dancers to prevent injuries and enhance their performance. We offer conditioning classes to complement our dance training.

At The Dance Co. , we believe in creating a supportive and respectful environment for our students. Our classes are small, allowing for individualised attention and instruction. We strive to develop strong technique from a young age, and also welcome late starters who are passionate about dance.

We offer classes for children aged 4–18 years in tap, ballet, and modern (which includes jazz, lyrical, and contemporary styles). Our classes are held on Saturday mornings at St Johns Church Hall in Mountnessing, Brentwood. Whether your child is just starting out or has previous dance experience, we have a class that will suit their needs and abilities.

Our focus is not just on technical training, but also on making dance enjoyable and exciting for all students. We want our students to dance for the love of it, rather than solely focusing on achieving high exam marks. We believe that great dancers are made through their passion for dance, and we aim to foster that passion in all of our students.

In addition to our regular classes, we offer performance skills and technical training through our troupe classes. These classes provide opportunities for students to develop their performance abilities and showcase their talents.

The Dance Co. is committed to providing a well-rounded dance education. In addition to tap, ballet, and modern, we also offer conditioning classes to keep our dancers strong and flexible. Yoga, circuits, strength training, and stretching are incorporated into our conditioning classes to support the overall development and health of our dancers.
