Our experienced coaches, led by Cliff Illingworth, who has been teaching Judo for over 30 years and holds a Black Belt 1st Degree, provide top-notch judo coaching.
In addition to Judo, we also offer Muay Thai Kickboxing classes, a stand-up combat sport that combines both boxing and kicking techniques. Led by our highly skilled coach, Krongsak Lek, a two-time World Champion with over 30 years of experience and more than 250 professional fights, our Muay Thai classes are fast-paced and exhilarating. We also offer Traditional Boxing taught alongside Muay Thai.
For those looking for a more holistic approach to fitness, we offer Fighters Yoga classes. Yoga is a form of exercise that involves moving your body into various positions to improve flexibility, fitness, and breathing.
