As “The Hilltop Yogi,” my mission is to create a warm and welcoming space for everyone to explore the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. In my classes, I offer a range of options to cater to different needs and preferences. For those who prefer a gentler practise, I teach accessible chair yoga that ensures comfort and support. If you're seeking a more dynamic and challenging session, my hatha flow classes are designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness through a creative sequence of postures.
