Our class schedule is flexible, with sessions available Monday to Friday at 5:30 AM, 6:15 AM, and 7:00 AM, Monday to Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:15 PM, and Saturdays at 7:00 AM, 7:45 AM, and 8:30 AM. We even offer open out-of-hours workouts, so you can exercise day or night, even if you miss a regular session.
