Private sessions are available as 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 sessions, allowing for individualised attention and guidance. For those who prefer a group environment, they offer small group mat-based classes of up to 6 people and large group mat-based classes of up to 12 people. They also provide small group reformer classes of up to 4 people.

In addition to these classes, they offer specialist classes including ante and postnatal, neuro, older adult, rehabilitation, and under 16s classes.
