Gina turned to Pilates to address her own back issues and found it beneficial for her running and cycling. Holding a level 3 classical mat Pilates teaching diploma and with over eight years of teaching experience, Gina conducts ten community classes weekly and an additional Zoom class.
Her dedication to ongoing education ensures she stays updated with the latest Pilates innovations. Outside of the studio, Gina enjoys running, hill walking, and the great outdoors, attributing much of her fitness success to her Pilates practice.
