These locations include Whitford Hall on 1 Whitford-Maraetai Rd, Ultimate Physio on 739 Chapel Road in Dannemora, The Recreation Centre on 563 Pakuranga Rd in Howick, and All Saints Hall at the top of Cook Street in Howick. However, it is important to note that all classes have been temporarily relocated to the old police station on Moore Street while Uxbridge, the creative centre in Howick, undergoes renovations. Classes held at Uxbridge, apart from the Men's class, require a booking through Uxbridge Creative Centre.
Juliet Lloyd, a highly experienced Pilates Mat and Studio Teacher, founded The Pilates Workshop in 2003. Juliet's journey into Pilates began when she sought relief from chronic back pain after the birth of her twins. Having excelled in athletics and dancing from a young age, and with a natural talent for acrobatics and contortion, Juliet discovered the transformative power of Pilates in restoring her body's strength and freedom of movement. Inspired by her own experience, she trained with Body Control Pilates in Covent Garden, London, and has been teaching Pilates in New Zealand for over 12 years.
