We offer group and individual release and stretch classes, strength and balance programs, and Pilates focused on functional movement and posture. We also run private 1-to-1 Pilates classes where your teacher works with you individually.
Your teacher starts with a postural assessment to identify imbalances and asymmetries. Over the following sessions, they teach the basics and build an individual program tailored to your physique.
