Frequently Asked Questions
We offer drying out pontoon berths for approximately 6 yachts, and we welcome visiting sailors with a cordial invitation. Berths are £20 per night and payable at the Mariner Hotel at the head of the pier.
Kippford is not really a suitable berthing area for Fin Keelers due to the lack of deep water moorings. We also ask fin keelers not to tie up onto the pontoons to avoid putting too much pressure on the structure.
Cruiser and Dinghy visitors can have access to the Clubhouse for showers and toilets, and WiFi is available in the Clubhouse free. There are water and electricity points on the pier and pontoons.
