Opening times are designed with busy schedules in mind. They're open from Monday to Thursday, 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Friday from 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM, and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. So, there's always time to fit in a workout.
