Thrive also offers breath coaching for mental and physical health. Breathing is a fundamental process that affects numerous aspects of an individual's well-being. The studio uses scientifically proven techniques to address and improve symptoms related to asthma, sinus issues, snoring, sleep apnea, poor sleep, fatigue, poor focus/concentration, breathing difficulties, anxiety, stress, lower back pain, and posture. Through breath coaching, individuals can optimise their health, performance, and longevity.
