Janine Ward, the Managing Director, uses her extensive experience in mental health support to lead services like Talk, Fitness, Carry, and Recovery. Samantha Joughin, also a Managing Director, brings her fitness and wellness know-how to the table. Mark Clamp, a Director at Together We, plays a key role in rolling out various programmes.
Services We Offer At Together We CIC- Egremont Centre, there's something for everyone aiming to boost their mental and physical wellbeing.
- **Talk:** Offers one-on-one and small group talking therapies, including CBT, DBT, IPT, counselling, and more, all tailored to individual needs.
- **Fitness:** Provides personal and group exercise sessions, knowing that physical activity has a huge impact on mental health.
- **Carry:** Supports expecting and new families with gear like sling hire and educational sessions to keep mental health a priority during parenthood.
- **Recovery/Discovery:** Runs courses across Cumbria to aid individuals in their recovery journey from mental health challenges.

This involves managing symptoms, building resilience, and fostering positive changes. Services offered include emotional regulation, resilience-building, sleep and nutrition advice, and relaxation and mindfulness techniques.
