Samantha Joughin, also a Managing Director, brings her fitness and wellness know-how to the table. Mark Clamp, a Director at Together We, plays a key role in rolling out various programmes.
Services We Offer At Together We CIC- Egremont Centre, there's something for everyone aiming to boost their mental and physical wellbeing.
- **Talk:** Offers one-on-one and small group talking therapies, including CBT, DBT, IPT, counselling, and more, all tailored to individual needs.
- **Fitness:** Provides personal and group exercise sessions, knowing that physical activity has a huge impact on mental health.
- **Carry:** Supports expecting and new families with gear like sling hire and educational sessions to keep mental health a priority during parenthood.
- **Recovery/Discovery:** Runs courses across Cumbria to aid individuals in their recovery journey from mental health challenges.
