We teach Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) with authentic techniques derived from historic documents, including instruction and sparring in class.
Our monthly fees are $140 plus HST and include instruction and equipment for learning and sparring in class.
Sunday sparring days at Bickford Park are free to attend, and this is not class with no instruction or equipment provided.
