Trini Yoga, led by Suzanne Pinkney, is a chill yoga spot right in Reading. It's a quick 5-minute drive from Junction 11 of the M4 and 15 minutes from Junction 4A of the M3, so getting there is a breeze. Sports players, this is your go-to for a break from the daily grind.

Once you arrive, there's plenty of free parking waiting for you. Trini Yoga's got you covered with mats and props, so you don't need to lug anything with you. If you need to freshen up after a session, they've got luxurious showers on site.

Beyond yoga, they offer holistic massages – whether you need a relaxing holistic session, a deep tissue treatment, or a Thai Yoga massage. Their skilled therapists will sort you out.

Trini Yoga also hosts cool events, workshops, and courses. They’ve got sound baths and specialised yoga workshops to help you grow. Starting in September 2023, they’re offering a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course for those with about 2 years or more of practice.
