Harry Limer wants to share an update from Triumph Martial Arts. Based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, Triumph Martial Arts offers Taekwon-do and Haidong Gumdo classes, thanks to Chief Instructor Harry himself.
Harry has set up two branches in Cheltenham: Triumph Taekwon-Do (TTKD) for traditional ITF Taekwon-Do, and Triumph Haidong Gumdo Hwang Yong for Korean sword training.
What makes Triumph special is its friendly and welcoming atmosphere, balanced with disciplined training. Harry and his team support students of all ages and abilities to progress at their own pace, aiming for self-improvement. With loads of experience from top-notch Grand Masters and Masters in Taekwon-Do and Haidong Gumdo, the instructors know their stuff.
At TTKD, they teach a Korean unarmed combat system focusing on self-defence using a variety of moves like punches, kicks, and blocks. Harry is a 5th Dan International Instructor, and Triumph Taekwon-Do is part of the Authentic Centres for Excellence of Taekwon-Do (ACE).
Over at Haidong Gumdo Hwang Yong, the focus is on the Korean sword martial art. It's a modern take running through basic movements, forms, cutting targets, focus training, breathing exercises, and meditation. Harry also leads as the National Head Master of the United Haidong Gumdo Association in the UK.
