The studio is led by Stephanie True Allin, a certified personal trainer and instructor who believes in the concept of “Intelligent Exercise. “ By tailoring exercise programs to meet the individual goals, strengths, and challenges of each member, Stephanie helps clients achieve a newfound sense of confidence in themselves through the discovery of power and ease of movement that can be achieved with intelligent training.
