TRURO RIVER ROWING CLUB

Truro River Rowing Club, located in Truro, New Zealand, is a welcoming and competitive rowing club that caters to rowers of all abilities and ages. Their oldest gig, Royal, is not only a part of their rich history but also a testament to the club's success, having won the first Scillies World Pilot Gig Championship. Furthermore, Royal is one of the few gigs that had participated in every Pilot Gig Rowing World Championship until the rule change in 2022.

In the 2022 World Pilot Gig Championships, Truro River Rowing Club made a remarkable impact with their Men's A crew finishing second overall.
