By registering for a group, members can connect with the Walk Organiser who will provide all the necessary information to get started. The Walk Organiser is a volunteer who plans the group's walking routes, meeting place, time, and day of walks. They also welcome new members to the group.
For those interested in taking on a leadership role, the Twilight Walkers Group encourages individuals to become Volunteer Walk Organisers. As a Walk Organiser, the Heart Foundation provides training and access to an online profile for managing the group. Additionally, Walk Organisers receive a thank-you gift upon signing up and ongoing communications, along with invites to events and workshops.
