Our training programme is designed to ensure that participants are well-prepared for the intensity and challenges of MMA. Over the 8-week period, you will undergo 2 or 3 lessons per week, focusing on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing, and kickboxing. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each step, helping you to develop the necessary skills and techniques to thrive in the cage.
