The program is all about maximizing vertical jump performance through sport-specific, evidence-based training. It's perfect for athletes looking to boost power production and reach new heights through a mix of strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions.
If you're committed to chasing long-term results and pushing your limits, this program is for you. Not to mention, you'll get to participate in vertical jump testing using force plate/vertec technology to track your progress.
