The Vert Academy 13U/14U Girls-North program is a fantastic opportunity for young female athletes looking to improve their volleyball performance. This program is specifically tailored for girls entering U13 or U14 for the 2024-2025 Season. Our focus is on helping participants increase their vertical jump through a combination of strength training, plyometrics, and on-court volleyball sessions.
We are looking for 16 dedicated athletes who are committed to long-term growth and improvement. The program begins with vertical jump testing using specialized equipment to track progress. Sessions will take place on Thursdays from June 6th to August 15th, with on-court volleyball from 4:30-5:30pm and strength training from 5:30-6:30pm.
