Vision Gymnastics

Vision Gymnastics, led by Jane, is a welcoming gymnastics club based in Henley-on-Thames. Jane and her team offer classes for everyone from 18 months old up to 16 years old, regardless of ability or gender. They’re affiliated with British Gymnastics and focus on quality coaching to help gymnasts achieve new skills.

Jane is passionate about gymnastics as a comprehensive exercise programme for children. The sport helps develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and self-discipline. Vision Gymnastics operates out of a brand-new, purpose-built facility equipped with a sprung floor, bars, beams, and a bouncy fast track.

To ensure individual attention, Jane keeps class sizes small and follows British Gymnastics guidelines and badge schemes in all lessons.
