The club is proud to introduce a new U13 Grade Youth Development Team this year, offering an opportunity for young players to enhance their skills. Registration is now open for the upcoming season, with a cost of $260 and an early bird discount available until March 15, 2024.
Home games for Waimakariri United Football Club will be hosted at Kendall Park on Island Road in Kaiapoi, while away games will take place in Christchurch. The match schedule will vary depending on the grade level, with the season kicking off on April 27, 2024, and wrapping up on September 7, 2024 (subject to confirmation).
In addition to regular season play, the club has exciting plans for South Island and Regional Tournaments for grades U13-U17 during the October school holidays, as well as a Coastal Spirit Tournament for the U19 grade over Labour Weekend 2024. For U13 Grade Development Team players, there will be tailored training sessions in February and March 2024, with two sessions per week to help hone their skills.
