Walton Tai Chi School

Kevin Mullins invites you to join Walton Tai Chi School in Walton-on-Thames—a go-to spot for anyone keen on Tai Chi, whether you’re just starting out or an old hand.

Since 2005, Kevin has been running the school, bringing people together to learn Yang style Tai Chi in a relaxed and supportive setting. It doesn’t matter if you're young, old, fit, or just starting your fitness journey—everyone's welcome.

Tai Chi’s all about slow, controlled moves that help your body and mind stay in top form. It's like hitting pause on the chaos and just breathing. Think meditation in motion, enhancing your strength, flexibility, and balance.

Classes fit all levels, with beginners on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 pm and advanced sessions right after from 8:30 to 9:30 pm. You can show up solo or bring a mate. You'll find a friendly bunch ready to learn and grow together.
