When I miss a Monthly Payment? If you miss a monthly payment, we will send you a reminder to make the payment as soon as possible. Late payments may incur a small fee, so we encourage you to make your payments on time. If you are experiencing difficulties with your payments, please contact your local Water Babies office, and we will work with you to find a solution.

Do I need to bring anything to the swimming lessons? We recommend bringing a towel, a swimming costume and a reusable swim nappy for your baby. You may also want to bring a change of clothes for both you and your baby after the lesson. We provide all the necessary swimming equipment, such as floats and toys, so you don't need to worry about bringing anything else.

What safety measures are in place at the swimming lessons? The safety of your baby is our top priority. Our teachers are highly trained in infant water safety and first aid. The swimming pool we use is carefully monitored and maintained to ensure a safe environment for all.
