What sailing courses do you offer?

We run keelboat sailing courses that take you from complete novice through to cruising, racing or owning a boat. You can start with Learn to Sail Keelboats, then progress to Level 2 Racing Crew or Cruising Crew.

Do I need any experience, and what age do I have to be?

No experience is necessary for Learn to Sail Keelboats. You need to be aged 16 years or older.

How do I join, and what will I get after completing the course?

Enroll in the Learn to Sail Keelboats course and complete it successfully. You will be awarded a Yachting NZ Level 1 Introductory Keelboat Sailing Certificate, and we can help you get involved in club sailing and follow on courses like Racing Crew and Cruising Crew.

We have a variety of sailing courses available, including corporate and harbour sails, coastguard and advanced courses, and school programmes. No matter your age or skill level, we have the perfect course to meet your needs.

Please note that we are currently in the process of revising our course pricing, and while most changes have been completed, there are still a few that are yet to be determined, such as the Cruising Skipper course. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience while planning your bookings.
