About
Looking for a place to enjoy some friendly competition and camaraderie? Check out Westerfield Bowls Club in Ipswich, founded in 1928. Led by the ever-passionate Tony Baker, the club proudly boasts two teams, Blue and Yellow, competing weekly in three summer leagues.
From late April to mid-September, enjoy regular league games and various club events. One of the highlights is the Club Coffee Morning where members catch up over a warm brew. The club's well-kept bowling green and brand-new clubhouse, nestled behind the Church and Village Hall, provide a perfect spot for play and relaxation.
In winter, join the fun Whist Drives in the Village Hall – open to everyone and advertised in local news outlets. Funds raised support the club's activities. Feel free to visit, with easy parking next to the paddock and the village hall.
