Our timetable for classes is as follows:
- Wednesday Daytime: 12:30 pm to 1:20 pm at Gill Nethercott Community Centre
- Wednesday Evening: 5:45 pm to 6:35 pm, 6:45 pm to 7:35 pm, and 7:45 pm onwards at Gill Nethercott Community Centre
To make the most of your Pilates session, it's recommended to wear comfortable clothing and go barefoot in the studio. Don't forget to bring along your own mat, towel, and water bottle – although gym balls and other equipment will be provided.
