As an Aromatherapist, I create personalised blends to help with stress and anxiety relief, women's balancing, and uplifting and energising. I also offer Aromatherapy consultations to determine individual health needs and natural ways to improve energy and quality of life. In addition, I offer self-led courses for those looking to embark on a journey of self-development and self-study.

As a Meditation instructor, Yoga instructor, and Aromatherapist, I hold diplomas in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and three Yoga qualifications. With over a decade of experience in the field of holistic health, I have helped over 100 clients find their way to better health and balance. I understand the value of having a steady support system, as I have been through my own personal breakdowns and recovery. My goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space for women to explore and heal their mind, body, and soul.
