GENTLE YOGA AND MINDFUL MOVEMENT For those seeking a slower-paced class or who may have physical limitations. These classes focus on gentle stretching, gentle movements, and mindful breathing. The goal is to increase flexibility, improve mobility, and promote relaxation and inner peace. The classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners, and modifications are provided for those with specific needs.

GUIDED WELLNESS AND MOVEMENT 1-2-1 SESSIONS Experience personalised guidance and support with Jo Stephens, the founder of Wildyogis. These private sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether it's improving strength and flexibility, managing stress and anxiety, or finding a deeper connexion with yourself. Jo combines various modalities such as yoga, meditation, breathwork, and Thai yoga massage to create a holistic approach to wellness and movement.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE Indulge in the ancient healing art of Thai yoga massage at Wildyogis. This therapeutic technique combines assisted yoga stretches, acupressure, and massage to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Each session is customised to address your specific concerns and preferences, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and balanced.

Jo Stephens, the passionate and knowledgeable instructor and therapist behind Wildyogis, welcomes you to explore guided wellness and movement in Polegate, New Zealand. Jo's teaching style is warm, supportive, and inclusive, creating a safe and nurturing environment for all practitioners. With over X years of experience in the wellness industry, Jo is dedicated to helping individuals find balance, strength, and inner peace through yoga, meditation, and Thai yoga massage.
