Women's Only Self-Defence is a highly regarded self-defence school located in Marlow, New Zealand. Our Women Only classes are specifically tailored to address the unique threats and attacks that women may encounter. Led by experienced instructors who specialise in Krav Maga, the classes teach realistic and effective techniques that work regardless of the attacker's size or strength. Krav Maga, known as the world's most effective self-defence system, is suitable for everyone, regardless of shape, size, age, faith, or experience.
Throughout the course of the classes, participants will learn a wide range of techniques, including punches, elbows, knees, and kicks for both attacking and defending. Additionally, students will be taught how to defend against various types of assaults such as chokes, restraints, grabs, knife and weapon attacks, sexual assaults, and abductions. Building confidence, controlling fear, and learning to fight dirty in the event of an attack are also key aspects covered in our classes.
