Wu Dang Tai Chi, based in Sheffield, is a renowned school offering traditional Yang style Tai Chi classes. Founded by Master Lili Yang, the school provides a comprehensive and authentic Tai Chi experience for students of all levels.

Master Lili Yang began her journey in Tai Chi in 1998 under the tutelage of Master Liu, who is renowned as the 4th generation Wushu artist in the Yang Cheng Fu lineage. Since May 2002, she has been studying Wudang Tai Chi under the guidance of Master Zhang Fei. Master Zhang, an accomplished practitioner, holds a sixth-level national certificate awarded in February 2003 in China. He is also a direct disciple of Grand Master Ma Jie, who leads the 4th generation of Wudang Tai Chi and the 13th generation of Dan style Wudang sword.

At Wu Dang Tai Chi, students have the opportunity to learn and practise both traditional Yang style Tai Chi and Wudang Tai Chi. The classes are conducted in a supportive and welcoming environment, allowing individuals to develop their skills, improve their physical and mental well-being, and deepen their understanding of these ancient martial arts.
