Home and discovered the Yangsheng School of Tai Chi & Qigong in Aylesbury. Impressed by the expertise and knowledge of the instructors, Keith decided to join the school and further his Tai Chi journey.

The Yangsheng School of Tai Chi & Qigong, located in Aylesbury, offers a range of classes and events for individuals of all experience levels. Led by Sifu Keith Fensom, Founder and Senior Instructor, the school prides itself on providing high-quality instruction and a supportive learning environment. Keith, a Level 2 Instructor of the British Health Qigong Association, brings over 45 years of martial arts experience to the school. He is also a member of NHS Networks, specialising in Tai Chi for Health and Rehabilitation, and holds a DBS certification.

The school offers both in-hall classes and online classes, allowing individuals to choose the learning format that suits their needs. Weekly in-hall classes are held in various locations, including Aston Clinton, Wendover, Aylesbury, and Jordans. These classes provide an opportunity for students to learn and practise Tai Chi and Qigong under the guidance of experienced instructors.

For those interested in online classes, the school offers a range of options for beginners and intermediate students. These classes include warm-ups, 5-Animals Qigong, Laojia Yilu (Old Form), Health Qigong, and Ba Duan Jin. By joining these online classes, individuals can continue their Tai Chi and Qigong practise from the comfort of their own homes.

The logo of the Yangsheng School of Tai Chi & Qigong incorporates the Yin and Yang symbol, representing the concept of complimentary opposites. In Tai Chi, this concept is applied to achieve flow, balance, and harmony in movement. The Chinese characters in the logo, which spell “Yangsheng,” translate to “Nourishing One's Life. ” This reflects the school's goal of helping individuals slow down, relax, and nourish their life energy amidst the fast-paced modern lifestyle.
