Jane runs Yo Farnham, a cosy yoga space in Farnham. She's built a warm, friendly community where women of all life stages can embrace yoga and find their flow.
For mums-to-be and new mums, "Yo Mamas" is perfect. It's all about getting fit, staying strong, and nurturing a happy baby through calming yoga sessions tailored just for you.
Need some "me time"? The "Yo Yogis" classes are ideal for women looking to sculpt their bodies and chill their minds, no matter their skill level.
Jane's studio is a peaceful, private retreat featuring a range of yoga styles like Vinyasa, Power, and Restorative yoga. There are also special sessions for mums and toddlers, pre and postnatal yoga, and one-to-one classes.
Jane also organises workshops and events with experts to help everyone in the community boost their wellbeing. The feedback has been amazing – people love the mix of workout and relaxation and the supportive network Jane has created.
