The 2024 Course Dates for this program are as follows: Fridays – March 8th, March 22nd, April 5th, April 12th, May 3rd, May 17th, May 31st, and June 14th. In addition to the in-person sessions, there will be live webinars once a month, with the exact dates to be confirmed.

Completing the full 500-hour Teacher Training course after the 100-hour training will make you eligible for Level 1 registration with Yoga Australia, a prestigious recognition within the yoga community.
Throughout this course, you will gain knowledge in various aspects of yoga, including its history, philosophy, ethics, and lifestyle. You will also develop an understanding of yoga anatomy, physiology, and subtle energy systems. Additionally, you will learn and practice a range of yoga techniques, including both classical and modern approaches.
For those interested in delving deeper into anatomy studies, there is also an optional extra 30-hour course available.
