In each class, students can expect a combination of flowing sequences and static holds, allowing for a balanced practise that nurtures and challenges both the body and mind. Our experienced and passionate teachers guide students through modifications and variations, making the practise accessible to all levels of experience and ability.

One of the key benefits of practising Hatha Yoga is its ability to bring balance and harmony to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Regular practise can help to reduce stress, increase flexibility and strength, improve posture and alignment, enhance focus and concentration, and promote a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.

In addition to Hatha Yoga, we also offer classes in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Chikitsa, and Yoga Therapy. Restorative Yoga focuses on deep relaxation and gentle, supported poses that promote healing and rejuvenation. It is especially beneficial for those recovering from injury or experiencing chronic pain.

Yoga Chikitsa, also known as Yoga Therapy, is a therapeutic approach that utilises yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation to address specific health concerns and promote overall well-being. Our experienced teachers work closely with students to customise a practise that supports their individual needs and goals.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practise that promotes deep relaxation and stress relief. It is a powerful tool for reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall mental and emotional well-being.
