Outside of her professional practise, Kim finds joy in nature and the great outdoors. She loves being in the forest, wide open spaces, and enjoys ocean and river swims. Living in a Tiny House in the countryside, Kim embraces a sustainable and minimalist lifestyle.

She follows the lunar-Maramataka cycles and seasons, aligning with astrology, intuition, positive thinking, gratitude, and compassion. She is also actively learning about Te Ao Maori and Rongoa, exploring the use of native plants/rakau medicines. Kim creates oil infusions with native plants that she can incorporate into her massage work, and is able to create personalised blends of Rongoa and essential oils.
