Welcome to Yoga My Love, a wellness centre and yoga studio located in Sutherland, NSW. At Yoga My Love, we offer a range of services designed to help you discover your wellness through mind, body, and breath. Our classes unite the practise of yoga with the transformative power of breathwork and mindfulness meditation, providing a holistic approach to well-being.
One of our signature offerings is the “Breathe into Possibilities” 10-week in-person class. This unique blend of breathwork and trancework goes beyond simply altering your breathing pattern. It also addresses and transforms your thinking pattern, creating a truly transformative experience. This course is the first and only one of its kind, offering you a new path to inner growth and harmony.
In addition to our classes, we also offer the Body Revive Programme. This programme focuses on the connexion between the mind and body, helping you break free from mental noise and physical discomfort. Led by Raji Navis, your Bodywise Mind Mentor, this programme combines engineering acumen with the wisdom of yoga to help you rediscover balance and joy in your life.
When you join Yoga My Love, you become a part of our supportive and welcoming community. Our classes are designed to cater to all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. Our class schedule offers a variety of options for your inner balance. From Hatha Yoga to Vinyasa, Yin, and Somatics, we have something for everyone. We also offer private sessions for those who prefer a more personalised experience. You can find our studio at 738 Old Princes Hwy, Sutherland, NSW 2232.
