Lindsey Porter, the founder of Yoga-Nu-U in Falkirk, Scotland, has a message for the sports community. As an experienced yoga tutor, author, and mental health advocate, Lindsey is eager to connect with you.

Recently, Lindsey has been active in several initiatives to promote mental health. She's supported the Scottish Association for Mental Health's (SAMH) 100-year celebrations with yoga sessions and has been a guest instructor for YogaMatters’ online schedule.
Lindsey has also ventured into writing, contributing to the anthology “Forgiveness is the Hardest Thing” alongside Buddhist nun Emma Slade. Her works are accessible in paperback, ebook, and audio formats, with an audio copy donated to the RNIB library for the visually impaired.
Recognised by various publications and organisations, Lindsey's efforts in promoting mental health through yoga have not gone unnoticed. She's even collaborated with politicians and ministers to further this cause.
At Yoga-Nu-U, there are classes for beginners, special needs, corporate groups, chair-based participants, and children. Lindsey also offers sessions in care homes and supports charity events, conferences, and festivals primarily in the Central Belt area of Scotland, focusing on Falkirk.
