

Welcome to Yoga Path Within, a yoga studio located in Harrow, New Zealand. Led by certified yoga teacher Anita, Yoga Path Within offers a range of classes and private instruction to help individuals find their innerpath.
Anita, a certified yoga teacher in Hatha Yoga, Yoga for people living with cancer, and Ashtanga Vinyasa, has been drawn to the practise of yoga since her teenage years. However, it wasn't until her early thirties that she began to truly embrace and incorporate yoga into her life. Initially, yoga served as a complement to her intense functional workouts, providing a means to stretch and prevent muscle soreness. Over time, Anita began to recognise the deeper benefits of yoga practise.
Having experienced stressful jobs that impacted her sleep patterns and overall well-being, Anita discovered that practising yoga in the morning helped her stay calm throughout the day and be less responsive to stress. Additionally, practising yoga in the evening improved her sleep, allowing her to rest more deeply. These personal realisations prompted Anita to make a change, leading her to prioritise regular yoga practise as a means of finding balance and tranquilly.
In 2016, Anita relocated to London and became more dedicated to her yoga practise. During this time, she felt a strong desire to enrol in a yoga teacher training programme. After exploring various schools, her intuition led her to Kerala, India, where she found the perfect fit. In December 2019, Anita embarked on her yoga teacher training journey, aspiring to deepen her understanding of yoga and enhance her personal practise.
During her training, Anita found inspiration from her teachers, Devvrat and Ania, and decided to follow in their footsteps by becoming a yoga teacher herself. Anita's mission as a yoga teacher is to share the message that yoga is accessible to everyone. It's not just about performing fancy poses, but rather about honouring the unique strengths and limitations of our bodies.
At Yoga Path Within, group classes are offered to suit various levels and interests, including Hatha Yoga for beginners, Hatha Yoga intermediate level, Yoga for hikers, and Yoga for Cancer. These classes provide a supportive and inclusive environment for students to explore their practise and improve their overall well-being.
For those seeking a more personalised experience, Yoga Path Within also offers private classes. Whether you're new to yoga and desire personal guidance or a seasoned practitioner looking to delve deeper into specific aspects of your practise, private classes with Anita are tailored to meet your individual needs. These sessions include an individual approach, a tailor-made programme, regular progress consultations, a flexible timetable, and modifications and adjustments to accommodate your body's unique abilities and limitations. Private classes can be conducted in the comfort of your home, either through online sessions or in-person instruction.
