Founder and owner, Katya Andrews, brings over 20 years of experience in yoga and meditation to Yoga Tree Studio. With over 7 years of teaching and running her studio, Katya draws upon various styles of yoga, ranging from dynamic and yang to gentle, restorative, and yin yoga. This multifaceted approach allows practitioners to explore different aspects of yoga and find a practise that best suits their individual needs and preferences.

At Yoga Tree Studio, the focus goes beyond just the physical postures of yoga. Mindful yoga practises are integrated with all aspects of yoga, including breathwork, meditation, self-inquiry, and yogic wisdom and philosophy. This holistic approach to yoga facilitates healing and transformation on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level, benefiting all bodily systems.
