Welcome to Yoga Vida, the biggest and best Yoga Studio on the Sunshine Coast. With over 15 years of experience, Yoga Vida has been dedicated to teaching Yoga to the Mooloolaba community. Our studio boasts super experienced yoga teachers, many of whom have been with Yoga Vida for over a decade.
At Yoga Vida, we offer classes for everyone, from beginners to advanced practitioners. We pride ourselves on being inclusive and welcoming, and our community is like “The Surf Club” of yoga studios. In any given class, you'll find parents with their kids, athletes, over 50s, tradies, and pretty much anyone who values their health and wellness.
With a variety of class times and a flexible timetable, we offer 20 classes per week, ensuring that there is a class for everyone's schedule. Our spacious and comfortable studio allows us to accommodate our large community and provide a conducive environment for a fulfilling yoga practise.
Yoga Vida began when our founder, Bryan, started practising Yoga almost 20 years ago. His passion for the art led him to share his knowledge with the Mooloolaba community. Our team of ten highly trained yoga instructors, most with over a decade of experience at Yoga Vida, also contribute to the growth and development of our studio. Together, our team has almost 80 years of Yoga teaching experience.
We cater to a wide range of interests and abilities. Whether you're interested in meditation or Yoga, our scheduled classes are suitable for everyone. From prenatal yoga to Yoga for professional athletes, we have something for every individual. We even have the privilege of practising Yoga with the Hawthorn Hawks AFL team during their pre-season trip to the Sunny Coast.
In addition to our scheduled classes, we offer private classes for sports teams, athletes, business groups, and private groups. If you prefer a more personalised experience, we also provide one-on-one or small group guidance through our private classes. And for those who prefer the comfort of their own home, our Sunshine Coast Yoga classes are available online.
For those interested in joining Yoga Vida, we offer membership starting from $20 per week. With our inviting change room facilities and dedicated instructors, we aim to create an encouraging and supportive environment for your yoga journey.
