Emma’s own journey with yoga stems from overcoming personal struggles and using yoga to improve her mental health. Now, she shares these benefits with others, especially young people and their families. She completed training with Yogakidz in 2017 and has been offering yoga and mindfulness to children and families since, building strength and confidence in and out of the classroom.
Fully qualified and insured, Emma is also a Mental Health First Aider and an Ambassador for Be Free Young Carers. She has a wide range of skills, from Kids & Family Yoga to Sound Therapy and Yoga for Women's Wellness. Emma keeps her knowledge up to date with regular workshops.
Emma has taught yoga in many settings, such as Harwell Community Primary School and Abingdon Scouts, and offers various classes from pre-school sessions to monthly family yoga events at Harwell Village Hall.
