This class is suitable for beginners and does not require any previous experience in yoga or Kundalini. By combining postures and breathwork, participants can release stress and overwhelm, bringing kindness and awareness into their practise.
In addition to regular classes, Sylvia also hosts monthly workshops, including the popular “Deep Rest Workshop. ” These Friday night sessions provide an opportunity for participants to unwind and recharge their batteries. The vibrations of sound bowls and gongs work to slow down brain waves and bring the body back into a state of harmony.
