Jason, the organiser at Yoginah, extends his heartfelt thanks to the sports community. Jason wants to share some updates about the now-closed studio, Yoginah (Yoga in Reading), which was nestled in the heart of Reading, United Kingdom.
Yoginah was a warm and inviting yoga studio known for its peaceful atmosphere. The space was thoughtfully arranged with soft lighting, muted colours, and natural features like plants and bamboo flooring. Essential oils filled the air, creating a calming environment for yoga practitioners.
Yoginah offered a diverse range of yoga classes suitable for all levels. From gentle Hatha sessions to dynamic Vinyasa flows, there was something for everyone. Expert instructors guided each class, providing support to help participants improve their practise and achieve wellness goals. The studio’s timetable was set to fit various schedules with morning, afternoon, and evening classes available throughout the week.
In addition to regular yoga classes, Yoginah organised workshops and events to enhance the yoga experience. These events allowed practitioners to delve deeper into meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness.
