You Time Wellbeing is a Pilates studio located in the Copthorne, Crawley, and East Grinstead area of West Sussex, offering a range of Pilates classes to help individuals maintain a better performing body and mind. Whether you are pregnant, have recently given birth, or simply want to treat yourself to some movement therapy, You Time Wellbeing has a class tailored to your needs.
For expectant mothers, the 'You & Bump' prenatal Pilates class is designed specifically for women at any stage of their pregnancy. These mat-based Pilates exercises are especially beneficial once you are over 14 weeks pregnant. The class is held every Wednesday at 7pm and has a duration of 45 minutes. It takes place at Inspire Dance Studio, located on Borers Arms Road in Copthorne.
For those who have recently given birth, the 'You & Baby' postnatal Pilates class is perfect for a gentle return to exercise after pregnancy and birth. This class aims to help you feel more like yourself again. It is held every Thursday at 10am, also lasting 45 minutes, at Inspire Dance Studio in Copthorne.
If you are simply looking for some time to focus on yourself, the 'You Time' Pilates class is suitable for everyone. These matwork Pilates exercises are designed to challenge you while leaving you feeling stretched, lengthened, and relaxed. The classes take place on Tuesdays at 7:30pm and Wednesdays at 8pm, with a duration of one hour. Like the other classes, they are held at Inspire Dance Studio in Copthorne.
Sarah, the owner and instructor at You Time Wellbeing, is a qualified level 3 matwork Pilates teacher, level 2 group exercise instructor, and certified pre and postnatal exercise specialist. With a background in gymnastics and a love for fitness, Sarah found Pilates to be the perfect form of exercise to maintain flexibility, balance, and core strength. As a mother herself, she understands the unique challenges and needs of exercising during pregnancy and returning to fitness postpartum. Sarah ensures that her sessions are personalised and adapted to suit everyone in the room, and her aim is to take you away from your busy world and leave you feeling energised, stronger, and happier.
Please note that classes have paused until early Spring 2024 as Sarah is currently on maternity leave. However, you can still get in touch to find out more information and see how she can help you. You Time Wellbeing also has a cookies policy and privacy policy in place to protect your personal information.
