The founder and formulator of Zen & Combat Kempo Ju-Jitsu Association is Hanshi Terry Coughtrey. Hanshi Coughtrey has been involved in martial arts since 1969 and has trained in various styles, including Wadoryu Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Wing Chun, Wu Shu, Judo, Thai Boxing, Kempo Karate, and unarmed combat. With over five decades of experience, he has dedicated himself to teaching and sharing his knowledge with his students. Zen & Combat Kempo Ju-Jitsu Association is one of the longest-running Kempo Ju-Jitsu associations in the country.
