The club holds its sessions at Armidale Showground, located at 5 Showground Cct. Session times are as follows: Mondays from 6:30 pm onwards, Wednesdays from 6:30 pm onwards, Thursdays for regular weekly competitions from 6:30 pm until about 9:30 pm, and Saturdays for training and social play. Social play occurs from 10 am to 11:50 am, followed by training from 12 noon until 1:45 pm. Social play continues from 1:45 pm until close.
Child safety is a priority at Armidale Table Tennis Club. All session supervisors possess a current Working With Children Check, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all participants.
