Are you the owner of Bellinger Valley-North Beach Surf Life Saving Club?

North Beach is the longest beach in this region running for 9 km from the rocks at Bundageree Head south-south-west to the northern entrance wall of the Bellinger River. The Bellinger Valley-North Beach Surf Club is located at Mylestom, halfway down the beach. Access to the beach is provided through the Pine Creek State Forest to the beach in lee of Tuckers Rocks, 2 km north of the surf club, and at Mylestom.
Moves to form a surf club started in 1921 following a drowning in the surf. A few young Bellingen men began patrolling the beach and conducting surf training in the Bellinger River. By 1925 they had enough experience and members to create a club. The surf club now averages seven rescues a year.
